The people behind the company

The acquisition of a significant share in Performance Health by the black female owned PH Partners at the beginning of 2022 was led by Dr Mandisa Maholwana and Brenda Xiphu, both of whom are directors of the newly formed board of Performance Health. To further facilitate Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment PH Partners acquired additional shares in 2023, thereby increasing its shareholding in Performance Health. In line with this commitment, PH Partners has brought in additional black shareholders to increase the number of shareholders.
